Use the form below to permanently delete an email/password Calcrow account. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.

Enter the email address and password for the account you want to delete. Calcrow will sign in, remove your account data, and permanently delete the account.
This self-service deletion works for accounts that use email and password sign-in.
What will be deleted
- Your Calcrow account profile and authentication record.
- Stored app settings associated with that account.
- Linked cloud metadata saved specifically for your Calcrow account.
What is not automatically deleted
- Spreadsheet files already stored on your device, in your browser downloads, or in your personal cloud storage.
- Purchase, billing, or subscription records maintained by the app store, payment processor, or tax and accounting systems.
- Backup copies retained temporarily for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance where required.
Timing
Account deletion is intended to start immediately after confirmation. Some connected systems or retained records may take additional time to disappear from backups or provider dashboards.
