Privacy Policy
Calcrow is built to help you open, edit, and save spreadsheet-style work log files. This page explains what data the app may process and when that data leaves your device.
What Calcrow does
Calcrow lets you open CSV, XLSX, and similar files, edit daily entries, preview sheet data, and save or export updated files.
Data you provide
- Spreadsheet files you choose to open in the app.
- Information contained in those files, such as dates, work hours, notes, or custom fields.
- Account details if you choose to sign in with a supported provider.
- Purchase status information if you use paid features or subscriptions.
How your data is handled
- Files are processed to display and edit your sheet content inside the app.
- On-device editing is the default behavior whenever possible.
- If you use cloud or sync features, the files and related metadata may be transmitted to the selected service.
- If you download or export an updated file on the web, the file is saved through your browser's download flow.
Third-party services
Depending on which features you use, Calcrow may rely on third-party services such as:
- Firebase for authentication and app infrastructure.
- Firebase Analytics if you explicitly enable usage analytics in Settings.
- Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring if you explicitly enable crash and performance diagnostics in Settings.
- Google Sign-In or Google Drive integrations if you connect a Google account.
- RevenueCat and the platform app store for subscriptions or purchase validation.
Those services operate under their own privacy policies and may process account identifiers, device information, or transaction data as required to provide their service.
If Calcrow uses Google AdMob on supported mobile builds, see the dedicated Ads Privacy Policy for ad consent and regional privacy choices.
Data sharing
Calcrow does not sell your personal data. Data is shared only when needed to provide features you actively use, such as sign-in, cloud sync, file access, purchase verification, or optional usage analytics or crash and performance diagnostics that you explicitly enable in Settings.
Data retention
Local files remain under your control unless you upload, sync, or export them through another service. Remote retention, if any, depends on the third-party services you choose to use.
Your choices
- You can avoid cloud processing by using local-only file flows.
- You can revoke third-party account access from the provider you connected.
- You can review account deletion instructions at /delete-account/.
- You can stop using the app and remove local files or downloaded exports from your device at any time.
Children's privacy
Calcrow is not intended for children under 13, and it is not knowingly designed to collect personal information from children.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated as the app's features change. The current version will be posted at this URL.
